Vi har en ~42μm (600dpi) fotolitografiprosess for kretskortproduksjon. Den består av en laserprinter, en belysningsmaskin og et syrebad.

How to use the etching machine follow steps 1-5 (If extra cleaning is nessesary for your project do step 6)

1. Turn on the etch in mech.
2. Put your lighted photoresist in the left chamber(developer) of the etch for 10-40 seconds.
3. Remove it and clean it with water in the middle chamber(water wash)push button for water.
4. Put it in the right chamber for 10-45 minutes(etch).
5. Clean the photoresistant with water(middle chamber).
6. (optional)To make it superclean but it back in the lightning machine for the same amount of time as earlier.
   1. Put it in the left chamber of the etch for 10-20 seconds.
   2. Clean it in the middle chamber.
   3. Put it in the right chamber for 10-40 seconds.
   4. Clean it in the middle chamber. Now, your done.
