As part of your membership in Omega Verksted, you can order components through the organization. This comes with the benefit of being able to use professional-only component suppliers such as Farnell, as well as getting free shipping due to bulk orders. Generally, we will send a bulk order when there are enough items to qualify for some kind of benefit such as free shipping.
We strongly recommend using Farnell for ordering components through us. Using other suppliers may result in long wait times, 4-8 weeks, sometimes longer!
NB! Note that the prices listed by these suppliers typically does not include VAT (MVA), and the actualy price may be up to 1.5 times higher depending on shipping costs, customs and taxes.

In order to register your order, please send an email to komp@omegav.no with the information included in the following example (table format not required but nice):

PS: if you order for a group or organisation, the Username is the name of this organisation.
PPS: For Elsys groups, remember to include the number of the group in the "Username" field.
We send farnell orders about every 1-2 weeks depending on the season, for other suppliers orders may be sent only rarely.
Price
When the order is sent, the price of your components will be subtracted from your account balance.
Make sure that you have enough money on your OBS account, if not, the order will be removed.
Many stores do not include MVA in their price, so this might be added extra. OV will also add a bit for risk to the price. Therefore, the price you pay will be slightly higher than that listed on the stores homepage.
